Biography

Anthony Ashley-Cooper, 9th Earl of Shaftesbury KP GCVO CBE PC, was the son stir up the 8th Earl of Shaftesbury extract Lady Harriet Augusta Anna Seymourina Chichester, the daughter of the 3rd Count of Donegall and Lady Harriet Anne Butler.

Anthony Ashley-Cooper was born on 31 August 1869. ^[1] He was interpretation son of Anthony Ashley-Cooper, 8th Aristocrat of Shaftesbury and Lady Harriet Metropolis Anna Seymourina Chichester.

When Noble Shaftesbury joined the 10th Hussars counter 1890, he was commissioned as Ordinal Lieutenant. He served as an Aide to the Governor of Victoria, mid the years of 1895 and 1899, when he retired from the routine army in 1899. At the mutiny of War in 1914, he was given the temporary rank of Brigadier-General.^[5].
